Last week America showed up and let the Left know, we ain’t riding because I choose him! Was there even a choice, Right? Since 2016 the public has let the status quo be damned because they’re getting pushed and so they push back. The data was out early as members of the Republican Party had out voted Democrats for the first time in early voting. The Cheney’s and Obama’s had little effect on a constituency that had enough of their woke fingering pointing. It was clear to me when a lifelong Dem told me, “Fuck that woke shit. I’m voting Trump.” Couldn’t believe my ears as he played Hogan on Fox, was this the Tulsi Gabbard shit I didn’t understand?
The headline I kept reading was about the Ari. college kid voting Trump due to Harris’s no show on JRE, really? Let’s be perfectly clear, Joe Biden flashed his middle finger to Nancy, Chuck, and Obama with his endorsement of Kamala, thus destroying any chance for a win. Mentioning Tulsi who blew Harris off the stage in 2016, it really was about the war chest already stacked in the Biden re-election campaign because it could be gifted immediately to Kamala. But I believe Joe didn’t appreciate being ousted and so he set them up for failure; like Harris on Border, give her something to do, not well.
In a couple months president elect Trump will be Commander and Chief, (wait is this not cool to say?). His court cases will fizzle as he appoints an AG and he will be renamed a Teflon Don after the 2020 defeat. Although the evidence never surfaced and he cried I thought the RNC registering 3 to 1 in Pa. intriguing in 2020 even though Rudy was too drunk and not talking with Sideny Powell when the man showed with data. I think 10 million fewer votes is suspect. People really felt the need to stay home, like they didn’t care, shit I voted; but not for them.
I received a call from a Harris volunteer and since I didn’t have anything better to do, we spoke for about 10 minutes. I blasted Harris for her record in LA, the Tulsi moment, and her own campaign staff in 2016. An aunt said, “she doesn’t believe it. You can see it on her face” referring to being President. The volunteer persisted about the end of Democracy via End Times, my response was Americans kill each other everywhere but they can’t vote for more than 2 people? Because she wasn’t all the way invested in Harris I could tell. This lesser evil shit needs to end. How about hear no, see no, and speak no, none?
I used to love Meet the Press when Tim Russert hosted but politics has become immigrants eating cats in Ohio and comments about Puerto Rico. Why? Because most attention spans are 7 seconds. The majority of voters voted on party lines without reading the entire ballot beforehand. They made a decision on emotion and the story that plays their movie but does it really?
I’m no supporter of Bush or Obama but they said two things that have always stuck with me. George had a commercial after elected and in it he said, “when you help your neighbor, you help your country.” It made me laugh uncontrollably but it resonates. And Barack said, “Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the one’s we’ve been waiting for, we are the change we seek.” That’s one of my favorite quotes. Elections don’t stifle opportunity in America, it’s on every corner and every encounter. As Peter Zeihan said, “they (referring to Dems and Reps) have been trying to screw it up for decades. They haven’t been able to do it.”
Our resources reign from the liberal coast to coast and fly over country in between. That’s a lot of human capital mixed with education and natural assets. Plus the American way of life thoughts circulating and pumping in our red-blooded hearts 300 million strong. A people united will always be decisive but they keep us apart for just such a reason. A billion spent on one side reminds me of the Jon Stewart movie Irresistible. America could’ve done so much with that like help western NC to start. Instead Elon gave money to sway votes and Democrats tried relentlessly to tell us they got it, not him.
Like Ozzy said,
“Crazy, but that’s how it goes
Millions of people living as foes
Maybe it’s not too late
To learn how to love
And forget how to hate” on Crazy Train.
